This consolidation paper presents the Ψ-Retention Architecture as a unified theoretical framework for structural persistence across cosmological, topological, and informational regimes. It formalizes the Retentive Floor (Δψ₀), the role of Ξ-nodes, and the equilibrium term Λψ as the foundations of non-dissipative structure. The paper integrates retentive Lagrangians, topological vacuum persistence, and late-time cosmology into a coherent model of continuity beyond classical dynamics.
