Myominaung Unified Theory (MUT) v4.1: Proof Package for Core Constants and Lawspresents a formal and self-contained proof set validating the foundational constants and governing laws of the Myominaung Unified Theory. Building directly upon the fully integrated MUT v4.0 framework, this work rigorously derives and verifies the Mass–Frequency Relationship (Law of Mass Manifestation), hydrogen atom resonance via Rydberg convergence, the scalar-frequency-gradient origin of universal gravitation, the ground frequency of the Photon Sea, and the consistency of the Awareness Velocity and scaling factor across atomic and cosmological regimes.This paper is not a phenomenological extension, but a mathematical and conceptual validation layer, demonstrating that all MUT core constants emerge consistently from frequency-based principles and remain invariant across scale.
