Summary Inhibition of the murine ortholog caspase‐11 reduces neutrophilia and inflammatory cytokine levels. Wedelolactone or its derivatives offer a potential therapeutic approach for mixed or steroid‐resistant inflammation in allergic fungal airway disease.
