The Role of State Administrative Law in Promoting Transparency and Public Participation in Education Policy

State Administrative Law (NLA) plays a strategic role in regulating the relationship between the government and the public, particularly in the implementation of public policy in the field of education. Transparency and public participation are essential principles of good governance, including in the formulation and implementation of education policy. This article aims to analyze the role of State Administrative Law in promoting transparency and public participation in education policy. The research method used is normative legal research with a juridical-conceptual and juridical-sociological approach through literature study. The results of the study indicate that State Administrative Law functions as a normative foundation that guarantees information transparency, policy accountability, and space for public participation in the decision-making process in the field of education. However, in practice, various obstacles are still found, such as low public understanding and weak implementation of the principle of transparency by government officials. Therefore, strengthening the role of State Administrative Law is crucial to realizing democratic and equitable education policies.
