Moving beyond "Net Zero," this model proposes a Regenerative Metabolism that actively repairs wounded landscapes, such as the post-industrial Cambois site in Northumberland or the flood-prone Somerset Levels. Key Technical Components established in this Prior Art: The Lungs (Atmospheric Loop): Utilises electricity from fully recyclable Design-for-Disassembly (DfD) solar panels to power PEM Electrolyzers. This creates a dual-output system: green hydrogen ( H2) for industrial fuel and pure oxygen ( O2) for the re-oxygenation of depleted local aquatic "Dead Zones." The Heart (Metabolic Loop): A 5th Generation District Heating (5GDHC) system that captures server waste heat ( 35-45C).
