The protocol defines strict empirical thresholds for the March 2026 data releases: (1) A 7-9% reduction in the power spectrum as measured by DESI, and (2) a specific argon ionization peak at 0. 18-0. 22 keV in DarkSide-20k. These markers serve as the definitive 4-sigma threshold for the transition from Lambda-CDM to the FUH Standard Model.
