We propose the Harmonic Resonance Theory of Everything (HR-ToE), a unified field frame-work in which all physical phenomena arise from a single real scalar harmonic field U (xμ) definedon a four-dimensional Lorentzian manifold. Spacetime curvature, matter, gauge interactions,and quantum behavior emerge as nonlinear phase-coherent structures of this field. The StandardModel (SM) and General Relativity (GR) are recovered as effective low-energy limits.The framework introduces a nonlinear curvature-saturation mechanism that regularizes sin-gularities and replaces conventional stress-energy sourcing with a harmonic curvature tensorHμν . Particle spectra arise from stable solitonic solutions of the field equations. The theory isfully covariant, diffeomorphism-invariant, and background-independent at the action level.Testable predictions include modifications to strong-gravity interiors, potential resonancesignatures in high-energy scattering, and cosmological spectral features. The HR-ToE is pre-sented as a mathematically structured proposal intended for further formal development andempirical evaluation
