This article mainly discusses the system of education for preschool children, based on the rich pedagogical experience of our predecessors. The goal is to develop the child's intelligence, consciousness, to teach them to be insightful, resourceful, and to shape their thinking, which is described as a comprehensive development. Basically, this is the period when a child's creative abilities are most actively formed. At this stage, the child's thinking, imagination, feelings, and ability to express themselves freely, as well as creativity, are important factors that reveal the child's inner world and increase self-confidence. It was also proposed to develop a lesson entitled “Movement is good for health.” As a result of the lesson, children will understand the benefits of movement, develop an interest in movement, and the lesson will end in a joyful mood.
