Abstract

Introduction: In response to demand for accurate and timely diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD), the Diagnostic Pathology Unit (DPU) at Concord Hospital verified cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) AD biomarkers using the Roche Cobas Pro e801 platform. The CSF AD biomarker panel consists of three assays: β-amyloid (1-42) CSF II, phosphorylated Tau (181P) (pTau) and total Tau (tubulin-associated unit) (tTau).
