Physical education is the method of teaching that focuses on student development through a wide range of teaching skills related to physical fitness, along with lifelong habits of health and fitness. Good teaching fosters the development of cognitive skills through decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic awareness in sports and activities. A new information theory of an enhanced intuitionistic fuzzy set and a fuzzy set theory was also explicated in this article through a new nomenclature (linear Diophantine fuzzy set). This technique addresses the uncertainty and ambiguity of expert judgments during the aggregation stage. Hamy mean operators are used to express the interdependence between multiple inputs, and to obtain smooth aggregated results while combining them through the aggregation step. Inspired by the have analyzed approach, we introduce new mathematical definitions that include new types of linear Diophantine fuzzy Hamy mean (LDFHM) and linear Diophantine fuzzy weighted Hamy mean (LDFWHM), from which flexible features of idempotency, monotonicity, and boundedness are obtained. An intelligent decision algorithm was developed to tackle the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem, demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the discussed methodologies. A numerical case study is performed to investigate reliable approaches for physical education based on the proposed mathematical aggregation operators. The sensitivity analysis and comparative study confirm the reliability of the investigated operations.
