Liberia has experienced rapid urbanization in recent decades, with a significant proportion of its population living in informal settlements. A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys to assess service accessibility and adequacy in these areas. Informal settlement residents reported a 40% higher prevalence of unmet healthcare needs compared to urban dwellers.
