We state a UV principal-operator closure criterion and a sectorial collapse-route exclusion that follow from two inherited structural packages: (i) invariance of the principalsymbol/characteristic cone under admissible eliminations, and (ii) coercive closed-sector backbone control. Within the declared regime, collapse paths that would drive a geometric scaleto zero are structurally forbidden in the conservative reading (R3) or dynamically repelledin the dissipative reading (R2), without introducing exotic matter, higher-curvature terms,or quantum corrections. The claim is explicitly sectorial: when a nontrivial closed-sectorkernel charge is present, Vol(Σp) → 0 is not a regime-licensed path, and standard KS/FRWreadouts translate the resulting core bound into lower bounds on areal radius and scale factoras representation-level corollaries. Charge-null sectors (KΣp = 0 for the relevant cycles) aretuned/nongeneric selections and are outside the present avoidance claim.
