Zero quantum gravity is proposed by description here as the true nature of quantum gravity at a zero-dimensional level using the Temporal Mechanics 1@0 timespace theory, collated here as the Zero Quantum Gravity theory. This paper presents the case for the Zero Quantum Gravity theory as that which is proposed to solve the problem of quantum gravity by going directly to the zero-dimensional realm itself as the basis for a new spacetime, termed timespace, as a proposed flip-side of momentum-based physics theory in directly addressing the black hole information paradox for both curved and flat 4d spacetime. Here, the Zero Quantum Gravity theory explains quantum gravity phenomena from a first principal basis as way to access zero-dimensionality directly in support of explaining what quantum gravity could if not should be at the base of a hypothetical black hole, namely phenomena at or approaching a zero-dimensional basis, and what 4d spacetime information is preserved.
