Optimal System Alignment (OSA): A Conceptual Framework for Endogenous System Stability (Version 1.0) This record presents Version 1.0 of the Optimal System Alignment (OSA) framework, a conceptual systems science model designed to examine systemic stability as an emergent property of endogenous alignment conditions. The framework introduces the Optimal System Alignment Index (OSAI), a normalized composite indicator derived from six conceptual variables: structural coherence, normative legitimacy, alignment state, adaptive feedback capacity, behavioral cohesion, and coercive dependency. OSA conceptualizes systemic stability as a probabilistic function of endogenous alignment coherence. Collapse susceptibility is modeled using a logistic probability function, reflecting nonlinear stability dynamics observed in feedback-regulated systems.
