Manufacturing systems in Kenyan plants are susceptible to various risks that can jeopardize operational efficiency and profitability. A quasi-experimental design was employed to assess the impact of implemented risk mitigation strategies. This approach allowed for the examination of causal relationships without manipulating variables directly. A significant proportion (p < 0. 05) of identified risks were successfully reduced through targeted interventions, demonstrating the efficacy of the selected methodological framework. The quasi-experimental design proved robust in identifying and quantifying risk reduction strategies within Kenyan manufacturing contexts, providing a reliable tool for future research and application. Future studies should consider expanding the scope to include additional variables or regions to validate the generalizability of these findings.
