Community health centres in Nigeria have been established to improve access to healthcare services, particularly for underserved populations. However, their effectiveness and sustainability remain uncertain. A comprehensive search strategy was employed across multiple databases covering publications from onwards. Studies were assessed based on predefined inclusion criteria including study design, data collection methods, and outcome measures related to clinical effectiveness of community health centres. Multilevel regression analysis revealed that the implementation of standardised patient satisfaction surveys significantly improved outcomes in comparison to unstandardized surveys (OR = 1.5, 95% CI: 1.2, 1.8). The review highlights the need for consistent methodological approaches and standardised data collection methods to enhance the reliability of clinical outcome assessments. Researchers should adopt standardised tools for patient satisfaction surveys and implement robust quality control measures to ensure accurate and comparable results across different studies.
