Export Early mixed dentition is the stage when the maxillary incisor teeth typically erupt, but eruption disorders can occur, often caused by local conditions. To expose an impacted upper central incisor and illustrate the benefits of diode lasers for crown exposure, this case study describes a patient who underwent surgery using a 980/810nm diode laser. The patient did not experience any pain, bleeding, edema, or redness following the laser intervention performed under local anesthesia. No suturing was needed, and the healing process was great during the postoperative phase. Because of its higher hemoglobin absorption, bleeding is extremely minimal. The 980/810 diode laser was safe, quick, and easy to operate. Using a diode laser could be considered an appropriate method for the exposure of impacted anterior teeth.
