This article titled: Employee Engagement in the Home-Work Lifeworld: Graham Employee Engagement Scale is a revised version of the previously published article titled: Employee Engagement in the Home-Work Lifeworld. The new Version has some definitions of employee engagement based on the state and behavior perspectives. This article also presents some propositions about employee engagement in relation to the lifeworlds. In addition, this revised version contains the Graham Employee Engagement Scale that is useful for measuring employee engagement and for developing or maintaining employee engagement.
