This record contains findings from the 2025 UKRN Open Research Programme survey, which assesses researchers’ awareness, use, and attitudes toward key open research practices across UK partner institutions. Building on the 2022-2023 Open and Transparent Research Practices (OTRP) survey and the Brief Open Research Survey (BORS), it highlights disciplinary and career level differences, persistent structural barriers, and opportunities for targeted interventions to support wider adoption of open research practices.
