Abstract Vocal cord nodules (VCNs) are benign lesions of the true vocal folds primarily resulting from voice overuse, misuse, or strain. They frequently lead to hoarseness, vocal fatigue, and throat discomfort. While conventional management includes voice therapy, vocal rest, and surgical options, homoeopathy offers a holistic, individualized therapeutic approach. A 50-year-old female presented with a 5-month history of burning in the throat, voice fatigue, and hoarseness, particularly during conversations. Laryngoscopic examination confirmed a left-sided VCN. Based on detailed case analysis, Sepia officinalis in 50 millesimal potency was prescribed. The patient was treated for 10 months with significant improvement both clinically and in diagnostic parameters. The high score (+9) of the Modified Naranjo Criteria for Homoeopathy suggested that the likelihood of improvement was attributable to homoeopathic intervention. This case illustrates the potential of homoeopathy as a complementary approach in the management of VCNs. It emphasizes the importance of individualized prescription based on holistic case-taking and suggests further studies to explore the role of homoeopathy in such conditions.
