This work develops an interpretive framework connecting black hole thermodynamics, nonsingular collapse scenarios, cosmological expansion, and cosmological natural selection. It does not propose new fundamental equations or modify ΛCDM dynamics, but explores the possibility that cosmological expansion may be interpreted as a horizon-separated internal continuation of black hole evolution. Singularities are treated as phase boundaries, and cosmological initial conditions are considered as potentially inherited rather than arbitrary. All speculative elements are explicitly identified as interpretive and conditional.
