Property-Neutral Matrixscope (PNMS) defines a deterministic normalization framework in which SI-defined physical quantities are projected against a fixed reference vector R to generate a structured quotient matrix Σ.The operational core, General Operator Reference Relation (GORR), applies the relation:Σᵢⱼ := xᵢ / Rⱼ for i = 1..n, j = 1..m,where x is a selected vector of SI quantities and R is a fixed reference basis of length m.The method imposes no restriction on property type beyond SI definability. Planck-scale constants (CODATA 2018) provide a canonical instantiation (R₅), extendable with information-theoretic components (Sₚ, Eₚ(bit), Aₚ(bit)) to form R₈.Given fixed inputs and reference constants, Σ is uniquely determined. PNMS therefore establishes a common coordinate field in which distinct representations of the same physical state can be structurally compared without reparameterization. The framework contains no free parameters and is fully reproducible under identical SI inputs and reference definitions.
