Data-driven design enables the understanding of controllers designed by interpreting data. Therefore, even if the security of the controllers themselves is high, if the data falls into the hands of malicious actors, the information about the controllers will be fully exposed. In particular, when data communication is conducted via networks, if data leakage occurs due to network eavesdropping, the information about the controllers will be compromised. Hence, in data-driven design for network control systems, countermeasures against data leakage are critically important. In this study, we design controllers for a multi-agent system, which is one of the network control systems, using encrypted data.
