This work presents ψ-Architecture, a unified retentive framework in which the universe is described not through dynamical evolution but through structural persistence. The theory introduces three central invariants: Δψ as the measurable retentive contrast, Ξ-nodes as localized stabilizers of structural difference, and Λψ as an effective cosmological term expressing equilibrium of form rather than flux. The paper provides the matured 2026 formulation of the retentive Lagrangian, demonstrates how Λψ offers a coherent interpretation of contemporary cosmological anomalies (early massive galaxies in JWST, suppressed structure growth associated with the S₈ tension, and correlation-length plateaus expected in Euclid DR1–DR2), and outlines falsifiable predictions for low-frequency observatories (LOFAR, SKA-Low). The framework further connects cosmology with quantum coherence and condensed-matter stability, establishing retention as a cross-scale physical principle. The manuscript includes a full formal Lagrangian, stability conditions, and a dimensional analysis of the retentive parameters α, β, γ, providing the mathematical foundation required for empirical calibration and future simulation work.
