Tools use for data collection Resilience scale and Locus of control scale. For data analysis researcher calculated Mean, SD and T test. The Mean of internal locus of control for male teachers is 13.63 and internal locus of control for female is 16.33. The Mean of external locus of control for male teachers is 48.30 and external locus of control for female is 44.30. The Mean of resilience of male is 110.36 and the Mean of resilience of female is 118.60. Hence hypotheses are accepted.
