Over the last ten years, there have been significant advances in the development of thiazole-based antioxidants, including various derivatives exhibiting potent free radical scavenging capabilities. The results highlight the therapeutic efficacy of thiazole scaffolds in addressing diseases associated with oxidative stress. Future studies should focus on improving bioavailability and in vivo efficacy to facilitate the translation of these results into clinical applications.
