Key Points
The degradation of IKKβ shows significant anticancer activity against multiple cancer types.
In vitro results indicate that 75% of the tested cancer cells were sensitive to parthenolide-based PROTACs.
Assessment using cellular assays demonstrated effective synthesis of PROTACs targeting IKKβ in cancer cells.
These findings suggest that parthenolide-based PROTACs may advance therapeutic strategies against tumors.
