The LHCb experiment has recently achieved several major breakthroughs in the study of CP violation in the baryon sector. Using the full Run~1 and Run~2 datasets, LHCb has reported the first observation of CP violation in baryon decays in b⁰ pK^- ^+ ^- with a significance of 5. 2. Evidence for CP violation has also been established in charmless b⁰ K^+ K^- decays at the 3. 1 level, and in beauty-to-charmonium transitions through the asymmetry difference between b⁰ J/ p^- and b⁰ J/ pK^-, reaching a combined significance of 3. 9. In addition, LHCb has performed the first determination of decay parameters in b⁰ c^+ h^- decays, finding results consistent with CP symmetry. This proceeding summarises these measurements and highlights their implications for understanding CP violation in beauty baryon decays.
