Community health centres in Ethiopia face challenges in delivering effective healthcare services. A systematic literature review was conducted using a comprehensive search strategy across relevant databases. Studies were included if they provided empirical data or qualitative insights into the operation of community health centres in Ethiopia. The analysis revealed that while some studies used randomized field trials to measure yield improvement, there is a need for more robust statistical models to accurately assess these systems' efficiency and impact on public health outcomes. This review highlights the importance of adopting standardised methodologies for evaluating community health centre performance in Ethiopia, with potential applications for policy development and resource allocation. Researchers should consider incorporating advanced statistical tools such as multivariate regression models to enhance the validity and reliability of their findings. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
