Hybrid power-and voltage-based synchronization control (HSC) has been demonstrated to effectively enhance the transient stability of grid-forming converters. However, when combined with virtual admittance control, the voltage-based synchronization component introduces an equivalent reduction in the power reference, which results in inaccurate steady-state power tracking. To address this issue, this paper proposes a current-feedforward (CFF)-based HSC scheme. The added CFF eliminates the steady-state power tracking error while preserving the damping effect provided by HSC and equivalently increasing the internal voltage magnitude, thereby improving transient stability. The effectiveness of the approach is confirmed by simulation results.
