This study examines community health centre systems in Tanzania to assess their effectiveness in improving clinical outcomes. A mixed-methods approach was employed, integrating quantitative analysis through panel data regression models with qualitative insights for comprehensive evaluation. Specifically, a fixed-effects model is used in Y₈ₓ = eta₀ + eta₁X₈ₓ + uᵢ + vₜ + e₈ₓ to estimate the impact of healthcare service delivery on clinical outcomes. Significant positive effects were observed for patient adherence to treatment regimens, with an average increase in recovery rates by 25% over two years. The findings suggest that community health centres can significantly improve clinical outcomes when supported with adequate resources and effective management strategies. Recommendations include strengthening training programmes and enhancing data collection efforts.
