Prognostic Significance of miR-145, NANOG, OCT4, and KLF4 in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
Key Points
To evaluate the prognostic significance of miR-145, NANOG, OCT4, and KLF4 in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
Correlational analysis between biomarker levels and patient outcomes.
Assessment of disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) related to miR-145 and KLF4.
Positive correlation between miR-145 levels and disease-free survival (DFS).
Positive correlation between KLF4 levels and disease-free survival (DFS).
Abstract
miR-145 and KLF4 are possible prognostic markers in TNBC. This was reflected by the positive correlations between miR-145 and both DFS and OS, and between KLF4 levels and DFS.
