Abstract
NSCLC-BM showed higher genomic biomarker enrichment (80% vs. 68.68%) but poorer outcomes than mNSCLC. EGFR was the most common targetable mutation, followed by ALK in NSCLC-BM and KRAS in mNSCLC.
