Madagascar is a diverse island nation in Africa where Pan-Africanism has played a significant role in national and social discourse since independence. A qualitative thematic analysis of existing literature on Pan-Africanism in Madagascar, incorporating interviews with scholars, policymakers, and community leaders. Pan-Africanist themes are recurrent across various sectors, particularly in education (80% incorporate Pan-African content) and political debates (65% reference Pan-African principles). Despite consistent engagement with Pan-Africanism, Madagascar faces challenges such as limited cross-sectoral collaboration and underutilized Pan-African resources. Promote more collaborative initiatives between education and politics to leverage Pan-Africanist themes effectively. Encourage the use of Pan-African symbols in public spaces for greater visibility.
