Community health centers in Uganda face challenges in service delivery efficiency. A difference-in-differences model was applied to assess changes in service yield before and after implementing quality improvement measures. The analysis revealed a significant increase (p < 0. 05) in patient consultations per month, with an estimated effect size of 20%. Quality improvements led to enhanced healthcare services delivery across evaluated centers. Further research and policy recommendations should focus on sustaining and scaling up these interventions. community health centers, Uganda, difference-in-differences, service yield improvement Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
