This article discusses materials related to the Holodomor that are held in archives in Canada. These include Library and Archives Canada in Ottawa, the Provincial Archives of Alberta in Edmonton, the Saskatchewan Archives Board in Regina, St. Vladimir’s Ukrainian Orthodox Congregation Library and Archives in Calgary, the Ukrainian Canadian Archives and Museum of Alberta in Edmonton, and the Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Centre (Oseredok) in Winnipeg. Some attention is devoted to the journalist Pierre van Paassen in the light of his writings about the Soviet Union (including in the Toronto Star, the Atlanta Constitution, and other newspapers) and recent findings from research carried out in the Ukrainian Bureau in London collection at the Polish Institute and Sikorski Museum, United Kingdom.
