The Yorùbá numeral system has various forms of usage and the different forms of this usage are already becoming a thing forgotten by most of the speakers of the language. To bring this awareness of this usage to these speakers, this study developed an android application that can translate a Hindu-Arabic number or English number text to either simple enumeration, adjectival, adverb of number, adverb of time, ordinal, or all forms. Data of various Yorùbá forms were collected from some Yorùbá textbooks. The system was designed using Unified Modelling Language (UML) tools, implemented using Android Studio, and evaluated using the Bilingual Evaluation Understudy (BLEU). The evaluation result shows that the application has a BLEU score of 0.94 for simple enumeration, 1.00 for ordinal, 1.00 for Adjectival, 0.91 for adverb of time, 0.90 for adverb of number, 0.93 for all, and 1.00 for numismatics.
