A scanning biosensing platform was developed for the rapid detection of a broad range of analytes based on open bipolar electrochemistry.This approach enables rapid, continuous analyte detection by performing electrochemical measurements during electrode scanning.In this system, the driving electrodes traverse over multiple target bipolar electrodes, collecting information from all targets in a single scan through impedance changes.The platform detected an increase in impedance with longer molecular chain lengths in alkanethiol monolayers within a single measurement.Additionally, the system demonstrated its utility as a biosensor by quantitatively detecting bovine serum albumin (BSA), revealing a linear relationship between impedance and BSA concentration over 0.001 -1.0 mg mL -1 .The scanning sensing method established in this study offers a promising platform for efficient multi-analyte biological screening.
