This study examines the associations between organisational culture (OC), corporate entrepreneurship (CE) and business performance, considering organisational agility as a moderating variable. Drawing on the resource-based view and dynamic capabilities theory, we hypothesised that both OC and CE significantly contribute to business performance, and that organisational agility enhances these effects. Data were collected from 310 mid-sized firm managers across technology, manufacturing and service sectors using a structured questionnaire. Structural equation modelling via SmartPLS revealed that both OC and CE showed significant positive relationships with business performance. Moreover, organisational agility positively moderated the CE–business performance link. These findings offer theoretical contributions to the strategic management and entrepreneurship literature and practical implications for firms seeking sustained performance in dynamic markets.
