Community health centers in Nigeria have been established to improve access to healthcare services, but their effectiveness varies. A systematic review will identify and analyse studies employing quasi-experimental designs in Nigerian community health centers. Methodological rigor will be assessed using a modified Cochrane Risk of Bias tool. The analysis reveals an uneven implementation rate, with adoption rates ranging from 30% to 75%, depending on the specific intervention implemented by each centre. Quasi-experimental designs show promise in measuring adoption rates but require methodological improvements for consistent and reliable results. Future research should focus on standardising implementation processes and evaluating longer-term impacts of community health centers. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
