A bstract Acromegaly is a rare endocrine disorder caused by excessive secretion of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1, most commonly due to a pituitary adenoma. The condition develops insidiously and is often diagnosed late after years of progressive somatic and metabolic changes. This case report presents an unusual case of a middle-aged man incidentally diagnosed with acromegaly while accompanying his mother to the clinic for a routine medical checkup. The case report highlights the clinical features, diagnostic approach, management, and prognosis of this uncommon condition.
