We present the case of a rare glandular neoplasm of the ear deriving from the ceruminous glands. Full resection of a white smooth tumour was performed. Histopathological examination revealed apocrine glandular structures with intracytoplasmic yellow‐brown pigment within a fibrotic stroma. Based on these findings, a ceruminous gland adenoma was diagnosed.
