Mobile health clinics have been introduced in Zanzibar to enhance maternal healthcare accessibility, particularly for underserved rural areas. A longitudinal community survey was conducted over two years, collecting data from 500 randomly selected participants to investigate their experiences with mobile health clinics. The theoretical framework supports the notion that mobile health clinics play a pivotal role in bridging geographical gaps, thereby improving maternal healthcare outcomes in Zanzibar. Future interventions should focus on expanding clinic coverage and enhancing service quality to ensure equitable access for all communities.
