Pan-Africanism is a movement advocating for unity among African peoples and cultures. In Nigeria, this concept has faced challenges such as political instability and economic disparities. A qualitative approach was used to gather data from scholarly articles, government documents, and interviews with stakeholders across different sectors in Nigeria. Pan-Africanist movements have witnessed significant growth in the arts and education sectors but face major obstacles in economic empowerment and political representation. Despite these challenges, there is a growing recognition of Pan-Africanism's importance and potential for fostering unity and development across Nigeria. Promoting economic policies that support small businesses owned by African entrepreneurs and increasing political participation of Pan-Africanist groups are recommended steps forward.
