The FhiemDien Information Field (IF) framework (Papers I–V) demonstrated that a force law F ∝ 1/r with universal coupling constant kIF accounts for galactic rotation curves, the Baryonic Tully–Fisher Relation, dwarf galaxy kinematics, Trans-Neptunian Object clustering, and cosmic bulk flows across eleven orders of magnitude in scale. Here we provide the first scalar field formulation of the IF framework. We define an information scalar potential φ(r) = GkIF ln(r/r₀), construct a minimal Lagrangian density consistent with holographic boundary conditions, and show that the equation of motion reproduces FIF = −∇φ ∝ 1/r exactly. No new free parameters are introduced. This formulation elevates the IF framework from phenomenological pattern-matching to a falsifiable scalar field theory.
