Abstract We propose a unified matrix framework that derives the Standard Model and General Relativity strictly from the analytical mechanics of the N-dimensional Simple Harmonic Oscillator (SHO). Taking the continuum limit natively generates covariant field equations, while internal gauge symmetries (SU (2) U (1) ) emerge via the Nielsen-Ninomiya theorem on bipartite topological lattices. We resolve the 10^120 vacuum catastrophe through Zeta-function regularization of the categorical trace and provide the explicit soliton Lagrangian for Cold Dark Matter (w 0). Finally, we prove that the physical realization of the Heisenberg Cut is the transistor, establishing a Unified Hybrid Synthesis between quantum implicit filtering and classical explicit registration.
