Convex optimization techniques are increasingly being applied to enhance network reliability in telecommunications infrastructure, particularly in developing regions like Ethiopia. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted to explore existing studies that utilise convex optimization techniques in telecom network reliability. The analysis will include empirical data from Ethiopia's telecommunications sector. Spectral methods have been shown to significantly improve the robustness of communication networks, with a notable improvement observed in signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) levels by at least 10% under varying network conditions. The integration of convex optimization and spectral analysis techniques has the potential to enhance telecom network reliability in Ethiopia, offering a practical solution for improving service quality. Telecommunication companies should consider implementing these methods as part of their ongoing network maintenance strategies. Further research is recommended to validate these findings across different geographic regions and network types.
