Abstract

ABSTRACT A dry powder inhaler (DPI) formulation of treprostinil was FDA‐approved in March 2022 for patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension or pulmonary hypertension associated with ILD (PH‐ILD). In this letter we describe our real‐world single‐center experience using Treprostinil DPI in patients with PH‐ILD patients within our first year of using this medication.
