Digital transformation has significantly reshaped how technology projects are planned, executed, and monitored. This study analyzes the main challenges faced by project managers in the era of automation and artificial intelligence and proposes a strategic framework to enhance decision-making, team integration, and risk management. Based on applied industry practices and market insights, the findings demonstrate that project management is evolving into a more data-driven, adaptive, and strategically oriented discipline.
