This document formalizes the operational layer of the CBD-RAG-RES framework by translating collective stability laws into engineering protocols for dialogic systems. It defines a multi-modular architecture based on continuous monitoring of structural observables, including dialogic distance, propagation intensity, saturation, structural load, and coherence. The system maintains governability through propagation regulation and endogenous stabilization mechanisms that control accumulation and prevent critical regime transitions. Adaptive governance mechanisms dynamically adjust thresholds and constraints in response to environmental variations. The Goldilocks zone is operationalized as a stability attractor maintained through feedback control. The framework operationalizes key CBD laws such as mimetic saturation, temporal governability, and conditional reversibility. It provides a direct bridge between theoretical CBD principles and practical implementation within ECA-based artificial intelligence systems.
